We've stayed here for the passed two years in a row now. Very quiet, bbq grills, tiki hut, fifteen feet from the ocean, etc.

If you want closer to Key West (more expensive)... Speakeasy Inn [phone] It's right on DuVal Street and looks nice (haven't stayed there, but did pick-up a business card because it's too far to drink and drive back to White Sands)...

Anytime early Feb, late March. You should miss all the spring breakers, and catch some decent weather. Have a great ride!
