Take pretty much any sex act that can be done between a man and a woman, and substitute a woman for the man, and there you have it- that's what women in bed do together! Honestly, there's no difference, except that there are no penises or testicles involved, and there are breasts instead of a flat chest. Sometimes they use hands, fingers, and mouths, other times, those in addition to various sex toys.
Here's a checklist of what can happen:

3) Cunninlingus (Oral sex)

And the list continues. Honestly- why do people think that straight sex or gay sex or lesbian sex is so different? It's all fun in bed in the end!
