I LOVE House!!! I watch, then re-watch, then watch it again (a total addiction!!!) If I remember my church upbringing correctly (which I'm sure I don't-as I never paid a whole lot of attention!) Judas was given 30 pieces of silver to turn against Jesus. I took it that Wilson is willing to turn in and against Dr. House in order to get his assets released. I keep getting the feeling that the cop (Tritter?) has a hidden agenda, something against Dr. House personally--not sure yet.

It meant he's going to betray House. Man, I'm bummed about that because as much of an a** as House is, I thought they were friends. What a great episode though. I was surprised it was Wilson though. I figured Chase would have ratted him out after the beginning of the episode when he's talking to Tritter. Can't wait to see what happens next.

Wilson made a very bad comment. He told Tritter he was ready to change his statement. he asked Tritter for his "Thirty Pieces of Silver." That was the bad part. Wilson is supposed to be Jewish. He knows the significance of such a comment. The prophecies save that the mesiah will be turned over to his enemies for thirty pieces of Silver. His saying that was blasphemous for a Jew. It also makes him look really bad as a jew turning in an non Jew for money a stereotype that need not be revisited. As far as many Christians are concerned the Jews, (Judas), turned in Jesus for thirty pieces of silver to the Romans. You can expect that one to come back to bite the writers in the behind. I am pretty sure that he was implying that he wants to make a deal like Judas whereby he believes House will not be punished too severely. Of course, even with that implication the logical conclusion is theat House is going to die. But that is was he said to Tritter.

Was it Wilson's last line in the episode about "thirty pieces of silver"? I didn't see the episode but I guess the last line was suppose to kinda throw people off. Look at the link below because Fox.com is taking a poll about the same question you are asking.
