If I am going to become a pharmacist ,(which I believe make between $70,000 and $100,000 a year,) have three children, and live in Alaska, how much spending money will I have after paying for the cost of living?

I do not currently live in Alaska. I plan to move there in a few years.

I am not trying to draw attention to myself I am asking a question. That is why I said if I become a pharmacist. I am not a pharmacist yet I am considering pharmacy as a college major and am wondering about my future.

you need to set up a budget. you can do a software version like microsoft money. anyway, you first setup the essentials like the normal bills such as electricity, water, phone, car payments, credit card payments (which you should pay off asap), rent or house payments and food. though non-essential, cable, cell phone, and Internet service. then you have to setup clothing (kids grow fast) for the family, maintenance on the car, upkeep of the home, insurance of the car, life insurance for yourself (you wouldn't want the kids to be without if something happened to you), this list can go on and on but only you will know what your budget will be. just be sure that when you set it up you make a place for saving for a "rainy day" (keep it a separate account and better yet at a different bank it won't be so tempting to use it),
after you get this all set up you will see what maybe a residual
amount will be left. just remember it takes self control.

You'll have quite a bit, but there is the side issue of there being no pharmacy colleges in Alaska, and so, you'll have high loans.

I honestly don't think you are even looking for an answer. If your salary range is $30,000 itself, how would anybody tell you what it's gonna be without guessing? I think you are just trying to draw attention to yourself and a six figure income. Nobody really cares.
