My husband Started working at Pizza Hut in March and then Started working at Center Partners in April, on monday he got fired from Center Partners where he worked 40 hours a week and made $9.50 an hour. I stay home with our infant son so I dont work. His job at center partners is what kept us able to live, At Pizza Hut he only get aroudn 20 hours a week and $5.25/hr. My question is can he file for Unemployment from Center Partners?

He would file with the state, listing both employers. They'll sort it out, determine eligibility, and decide how much he will get if he's eligible.
