I am 26, m, London, When i was in India, my ex gf played with me and my feelings in a very worst way, she is a worst mexican, it was a worst breakup and, i was broken fully so, i decided to leave country and relocate to UK. Her friends also played with my matter too. I am very sensitive person that they know so, they always teased me, make me jealous all the time. I was all the time feeling short and, now i want to prove myself. I am a very streight forward person but now, its like a pain forever for a lifetime. I just want to do progress a lot and, i am trying to work as much hard as i can. Now i have just an aim that, i want them to feel shy and, feel very short and dirty. I know i will not achieve anything by this but, I hate them this much that i just want all of them to slap them in a way, Pls advice me for this. Thanks :

What you are feeling is very healthy. People cope with tragedy in stages. And one of those stages is anger.

You will get over tragedy by moving from one stage to another. And sometimes back and forth and up and down and sometimes being in two stages at once! That's actually how the healing works.

You feel what a stage is like and you incorporate those feelings into the other stages. And you keep doing it until the different stages can be in you at the same time.

The usual stages are Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression, Acceptance.

Acceptance is the one you want to get to. It is when you can deal with how all the stages feel and how she treated you. And you don't feel liking begging for her to take you back, and you're not quite sad about it as much any more. It's when you realize that how you feel about yourself is more important than worrying about her.

And being angry is one of the feelings you are supposed to have for a while.

When you've felt all these things, you'll be feeling better.

They are not your friends. for doing that to you.
don't do any thing spiteful to them.
Ignore them all . ignoring has more meaning than doing mean things.
Be the better person and walk away.
don't stoop to their level.
be cool and have confidence. by doing this you will and can forget all that has happened and move on to finding real friends and another Love that will really love you.
