Either Marshalls or Lord and Taylor. They have these huge racks full of awesome jeans that are only $10 each!

If you have a platos closet they have insanely cheap jeans, i got some Juicy Couture ones for like 17 dollars a while ago

Old Navy sale rack. They have really cute jeans. If you're lucky you can find really great prices. I've gotten jeans there for $3.00! They were really cute too.
