The majority of the easiest type of fish to breed are livebearers which include guppies, mollies, swordtails, platies, etc. However you need a heavily planted tank to help prevent the fry from being eaten.
In my opinion you should try breeding the Zebra Danio. It's a egg scatterer and it breeds in schools. If you set up another tank with marbles lining the bottom, they will lay the eggs as they swim around and the marbles will prevent the fish from eating their own eggs. Of course, after they are done breeding it would be wise to remove them from the breeding tank because they will eat the fry when they hatch.
hope this helps
Exp: fish hobbyist, and i've bred these fish before

Any livebearers are easy.
This includes platies, mollies, swordtails, endler's livebearers and guppies. Just put several females with a few males (always put 2 females for each male) and you will have plenty of babies!
If you feel up for it, you can invest in a pair of Neolamprologus Brevis http://www.akwafoto.pl/fotoreport/ostrava2004/ryby/neolamprologus_brevis5.jpg - they are little cichlids from a lake in Africa. Get a group of babies, and when they grow they will pair off. You need to provide plenty of empty shells, and they will live in the shells and spawn in them, and a couple weeks later you will find plenty of babies :) Moreover, they are small. You can keep a pair in a 10 gallon tank. However, they have specific water requirements (they need 8+ pH, and hard water). But if they are met, they are just pie to breed.

Good luck!

any of the live bearers. Guppies, Molly's, swords, or egg scatterers, any of the barbs but tank must be set up so that the eggs fall far down in grasses or plants.
In either case tank should be well populated with plenty of plants, real or fake. This provides a place where eggs cannot be eaten or the new babies a safe place to reside.

Guppies proabably, in the right conditions(which are flexible) they will breed. They are live bearers so tehy give birth not lay eggs. They also dont eat any of there babies so all teh babies have a great chance of survival!

dwarf gouramis. its a bubble nest builder you can use a 5 gallon tank with a sponge type filter and its easy to tell male from female one is color full and the other isn't and most of all its a good seller. you should have no problem unloading stock at any independent pet store

Mollies hands down...Most the time if you get a female molly at the pet store they are already pregnant. I would have at least 3 females to 1 male in the tank.
