This happens everyday at least 2 times a hour? Whats going on?

ur computer either has virus or is low on ram

This is what you really need to do, go to start , control panel, then go to internet options. delete your cookies and deletes the saved files, there should be 2 in there make sure you go back and check the box inside the other one also, ok the go to history down below click delete history, then stop do this put save history to one 1 day then hit apply, Now go back to history and click history to 0 then hit apply, then hit ok and then your done.
This should work, if it dont then you have issues and need either to run virus protection, or boot that computer to factory settings, to do that restart the comp and hold down f8 key when restarting, remember now this will factory reinstall your system, which means you lose everything, but if you need the way to do this then give it a try. it dont hurt long.

I would go to system tools and clean up the computer using, scandisc, disk clean-up and disk defragger.
I would also do a thorough virus check and spyware check.
If it is when you are on the Internet, pehaps you could consider using Firefox, which is very reliable.

It could be that the computer needs to be charged or needs to stay off for more then 2 days.

kiethn I think you missed a few steps all that pressing F8 on most computers will do is come up to a screen that asks you what drive you want to boot into
