Hey bro. i would say that you should stick with the wii it's great and it can do so many things you never imagined. unlike the ps3 your right it's trash. sony is always having problems with their consoles. i used to have one and it mest up in less than a week. and i take care of my consoles alot. trust me wii is worth it and the graphics are not bad like they tell you. the graphics are 3x better than the gamecube. in such a small package.

The ps3 is the most powerful of the systems but both ps3 and xbox 360 exceed the need for gaming performance. The wii looks fun but isn't HD like the xbox 360 and ps3. The wii has a three axis controller but what alot of people don't know is that the ps3 has a six axis controller allowing for alot of wii like gaming for the future. Personally I would take the xbox 360 because i have a 62" HD tv and prefer xbox 360 games over all. Not to mention the hd dvd add on drive which is going to win the disc war over Blu-ray in my opinion. I guess it comes down to whether your tv is hd, if not wii is probably best for you, if it is then i highly recommend xbox 360 over ps3 but do what you will it all depends on what the individual wants.

wiii is waayy better especially since it comes with a free game. ps3 is defiently a piece of trash you have to pay 500 dollars for something that only has better graphics. the wii's game lineup that came with the console was large and they were nintendo known games like zelda and super monkey ball. go for the wii there will be more by the time the ps3 decides to reship

The PS3 is prolly a good system, in it's own rights. Sony has a long history of fun consoles and LOTS of game publishers in their lap already, but I cannot justify paying $600 for a video game system.
The Wii on the other hand is basically new technology for Nintendo, and admittedly they have had console issues in the past, and also have a tendency to lean towards "kiddie" games.
The overall look and decent price range makes Nintendo Wii a solid choice for me.

its not expencive a bluray player costs a thousand bucks and i still think wii is cool but ps3 also has the wii controller moving function and it has internet and better graphics and wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy fun games you will b addicted 2 until ps4 or wii2 come out

Even so, the Wii looked fabulous on my friends HDTV, and the N64 games have higher resolution than the originals!

im getting a Wii but the PS3 certainly isnt a peice of trash as its fantastic..... if you like spending a fortune for HD graphics that is.
