Atlantic City is CRUD! You exit the casino n walk on the boardwalk at night, all you see is drug addicts and kids who's parents are in the casinos. It's so obvious...they bought cheap land, land where poor ppl live..and built casinos. Because who builds casinos on broadway right? that costs wayyy too much, building it in the ghetto is much more cheaper. To answer your question. What's free? nothing.
