ok, chill. i'm in the 7th grade. pre algebra. During class, i knew exactly how to work out circle graphs with the sections being percents and all like, like, one part of the circle being like, 331/3 percent or somethin. Anyway as soon as i got home, my mind went dead and i completely forgot!! please explain to be how to calculate percents on a circle graph to get a whole number. PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

ya thanks brandon, but where'd u get 420 or 4hundred whatever? did u add all the percents?

OK, so you need to find the whole number that fits a percentage right? The easiest way is to multiply the percent as a decimal by the whole. So if you interview 425 people, and 40% have blue eyes, then you would multiply 40% by 425 as 0.4 x 425 = 170. Got it?
