The first thing that you got to know is that each company has its own process of recruitment..........so what ever company that you are going to attend, you must dedicate yourself towards the aptitude questions that will be asked in the written test..........each company has its own test pattern........so www.freshersworld.com..will help you to know about the test pattern

Now after getting to know about the pattern.......you must collect material and start solving the similar problems.......For e.g. Before attending CTS written test........I went through the pattern of it in freshersworld.com......then collected material of TIME for CAT........which contained similar set of problems and started solving it...........

In actual written test............you must scan through the test paper to find out the easier questions and you must solve them first and then you can go after tougher one...............because in the test Time is crucial.......in minimum given time you have to score maximum in order to improve your chances for getting into the next round............For example if there is a verbal section...........it will be easy if you manage the time properly........this section will contain reading comprehension........which you should attend at last....as you will have time constraint

The most important thing to get a job is to have "Confidence" in yourself that you will get a job...........

Then you have to make an effort to get a job..............whether you will get that job or not is secondary.......but your efforts will never be wasted

Nothing comes easy in life........the same goes with getting a job too

In order to fight this difficult task of not getting a job you have to prepare in advance for your Interviews and other stuffs..........by which you will be able to overcome the task

Many job seeking candidates complain that they are well educated and have better talents then others.........but still are not able to get a job..........why?.........have you thought about it?.......does that mean companies no longer need a highly skilled employee?...........these are the questions that goes on in everyone's mind.......The answer to it is that the candidate was unable to sell himself properly..........let me make it clear for you.........Imagine that you are going to a market to buy vegetables..........there are many shops but in one particular shop the crowd will be more.......because he is able to present his skill very neatly in selling the vegetables...............there you go.....you got answers to all those questions...........be neat and clean while going to an interview.........starting from your clothes, shoes, CV, application form, etc...........

So the first thing is to write a very good RESUME or CV.........and completely be thorough in what you write in your RESUME.........because in interview, Questions will be asked from your Resume only..............you must add the skills you possess......for example i just know the Basics of C.......so in computer skills I will write "Basics in C"...........if I write C then they will go deeper into C programming and i will not be able to answer their questions.........so better to be on a safer side

and for favorite subject......give only one.......which is easy to you........and for which you can answer the questions with ease

The most important thing is to have a good english communication skill.........if you are not having it no interviewer will be interested in you............this might seem ironic but this is the truth my dear friend.........because i have faced lots of interviews........and have experienced the humiliation of not speaking well

So to gain command on english one must be thorough with grammer...........once you are well versed with it then you can talk very well in english...........But when you start talking in english there is a mamooth task ahead to speak fluently..........which can come only through daily practise........so how do you go about improving your fluenzy?..............get into a silent room with a newspaper...........take your favorite topic in it.......and start reading loudly like a newsreader in a normal english tone and accent (don't try to act smart by talking in american accent the interviewer is not bother about your accent, just normal english accent will do).........do this as many time as possible.......over a period of one month you will find a difference in your english speaking skills.......which will also help you in a round called Group Discussion.......so this improvement in english can go on after getting a Job which will eventually help you in shaping up your career.....

Preparation is very important........you need to write and prepare skills that you have mentioned in you RESUME.........visit many job interview technique sites to know what an Interview is like........... www.freshersworld.com ....this site will help you a lot

To get a job you need to do a lot of hardwork.........and preparation..........

Remember..........you might fail even if you have put in a lot of effort............but your efforts are never wasted.......because hardwork is like the stairs, luck is like a lift. Lift may fail sometimes but whatever may be the occassion, stairs will always take you to the TOP..........so give efforts to get a job

All the best.........for your job hunt

Dont think about the interview pattern or what u need to know, basically, thinking of all those will make you panic.

Write yourself a good and detail resume and just be calm when it comes to the interview session.

If you are nervous. Your voice is croaky and your hands are sweaty. If So far the interview has not gone as you have planned. If you are starting to think that this is the end, you are wrong. You still have a chance to get that job.

You can control one component of an interview by asking questions about the role and the company. By asking intelligent questions, you are showing the interviewer that despite experiencing interview jitters, you do not a lack knowledge or enthusiasm. You should elaborate on your previous experience and show your interest in the role.

Here are some questions that you could ask towards the end of the interview:

How do you see me fitting into this role? By asking this question, you would be able to roughly determine how well or how badly you have done for the interview.
Do you have any feedback on my resume or on this interview? Is there any room for improvement? Acknowledge that the interviewer is the expert in this area.
What is the company’s vision? What is the company’s direction for the next 2 to 5 years? Asking these questions will show the interviewer that you want to be part of the company’s long-term vision.
What is the dynamics of this position? How will this position contribute to the company? Do not ask these questions if the hiring manager has already shared some information about this earlier in the interview process.

It is also worthwhile to ask specific questions related to the industry that the company is in. For example, if you were going for a job in the tourism industry, you could say that while the tourism industry is currently benefiting from recent events held in the country, how does the organisation itself see the future of the industry?

Be observant throughout the interview and try to understand that type of personality the interviewer looks for in a candidate. For example, the interviewer may mention that the ideal candidate for the job is someone aggressive, focused and no-nonsense. Conversely, she could be emphasising on a warm and friendly personality. Understanding this would enable you to position your questions and responses accordingly.

Happy job Hunting!
