how do i make a graph on the computer?

i need to know how to make graphs on the computer and not the stats one i meen the one on quad paper and enter coordinants.

I am assuming you mean polar graphs. Back in college, I used an expensive program called Mathematicas. Since you probably don't have access to this, then Excel would be the next best thing. Try the following links. They provide solutions to create polar graphs in Excel.
