My iPod info is on a file of iTunes that i deleted and i want to sync my iPod, and i heard that when (more)...

you snyc it the music on your iPod goes to the Library and is not just deleted and replaced with ones media already in the Library like the notice warning says..Help please lol

No, you can sync your iPod to any folder you choose. However, if that folder does not contain the information you want to have on your iPod, that information will be deleted from your iPod.

Check at you local Apple store or go www.apple.com/support/ipod and see if there is anything listed already regarding your problem.
