As there are only two humans> the answer is simple. XY chromosones makes man, XX chromosones makes woman. All your list indicates is the degree of what is considered masculinity.
Superiority doesnt fit your list because it is a state of mind. There is no logical reason for it. You are not superiour to woman, any more than we are superiour to men. We are different sides of one coin!!
Penis doesn't fit either! All male animals have them!
You missed hormones off your list though!

Gentics endowment is the major factor which determine a human as a man. But we cannot discard the culture or environment. Your penis is just represt the genetic endowment and rest of all are related to culture or environment.
