If your looking for cool and modern teen clothing, go to hollister, abercrombie, aeropostale, or american eagle. but if you just want to get things cheap, try old navy, gap, marshalls, walmart, and target.

I like this site. I bought a pair of platform pumps, 2 handbags, a Hello Kitty necklace and bracelet set, heart pendant necklace & earring set, all for about $150 and I got free shipping on it. They have stylish pieces that are of the current season at great prices (with good quality, also). I've made a wishlist for my boyfriend to buy from this site: http://AmericanChic.net

It depends on your age and style.

If you are anywhere from 17 to your mid twenties...try Forever 21, wet seal, H&M, charlotte russe, rampage, guess, arden b
(Forever 21 is the best for cheap and trendy clothes and keeping your own style)

if you are a little bit older and more mature...try macy's, banana republic, gap, express, cache

good luck!
