Well, if he isn't, he sure comes very close to being the sexiest man alive.
And I like the fact he's more than just a guy with good looks, he actually has a brain, and knows how to use it. (I like it when actors/actresses are interested in more than just acting and being famous)

I don't agree 'coz for me, Brad Pitt is the sexiest! And HOT. But i think George Clooney is quite attractive though.

no, too old. I think patrick dempsey should have been the sexiest man alive. Even though hes in his 40's or somethin, he is MUCH handsomer (or as they say sexier) than George Clooney.

He's very handsome but not the sexiest. I would go with Terrence Howard from 'Hustle & Flow' and 'Crash'.
