some of them do have very light skin like us. i've seen some who dye their hair blonde too, and like dress like us and everything what is up with that? guys and girls, amigo.

May be bcoz they think that are living in a free country and can do with their hair what they want and dress as they want too. But tell me..........I'm confussed...
Is there an exclusive way to dress for USA natives, that cant be worn by the rest of the citizens????
Till today, i thought that everyone had the same rights in USA.

Because some might be White..latino/hispanic isn't a race but a culture group. Most are a mix of Spaniards, Aztecs/Indians and some have African ancestry. So some might consider themselves to be White when they come to America and others might consider themselves to be Black or mix race.

I guess it is to try and fit in , I have seen many caucasion kids acting and dressing as if they were black or spanish , just to fit into a group .

Because if they have light skin, that means they are of predominantly or entirely of European descent. Thus, they ARE white.
