First off, how olds is your brother. It is natural for a young man to begin exploring at this age and the Internet has only made this safer. Do you really want your brother going to an older kids house who says he has some playboys and next thing you know, wham, no more little brother. The kid doesn't need scolding, he needs advice, and it's better to come from the big brother than the parents.

As for the comp stuff, I'm sure you'll get plenty of good advice on here.

Try these scans , they are both free.
Spybot - Search & Destroy detects and removes spyware, a relatively new kind of threat not yet covered by common anti-virus applications. Spyware silently tracks your surfing behaviour to create a marketing profile for you that is transmitted without your knowledge to the compilers and sold to advertising companies. If you see new toolbars in your Internet Explorer that you haven't intentionally installed, if your browser crashes inexplicably, or if your home page has been "hijacked" (or changed without your knowledge), your computer is most probably infected with spyware. Even if you don't see the symptoms, your computer may be infected, because more and more spyware is emerging. Spybot-S&D is free, so there's no harm giving it a try to see if something has invaded your computer.

You could always do a "system restore". 1. start menu. 2. all programs. 3. accessories 4. system tools 5. system restore. Find that then do it. It is all reversible so you don't have to worry about anything. I had a pretty nasty virus not that long ago and I couldn't find anything to get rid of it. I did the system restore and haven't had a problem since. Try it and see if it will work.

Buk is a proponent of free speech and respect for others. So it does no longer wonder me to keep in mind that Buk is open minded adequate to delight in many distinct musical genres. As do I. there is not any deal to break.
