I shook his hand in Dallas in 1999 when he was governor of Texas, and I was at a Texas Navy SEAL convention. He DOES have a limp-noodle grip, but I've been told that almost ALL ex-presidents have been known to posess that quality. Part of the reason is that they do it so damn much they don't feel obligated to give the iron grip so as to impress. Also, psychologically it's common for people who think of themeselves as "superior" to give a nonchalant, non-comittal, shake.

No he doesn't, i have met him twice and correspond via instant message with him all the time. I sent him an e-mail 1.5 years ago advising him that he needed to take out Sadar, at that time it was to hot a subject but look for it to happen soon!!
