I am trying to figure out the annual salary rate.

31200 before tax taking one day off a year, unless it's leap year. ;) Then you get a whopping two days off.

15 an hour times 40 hours a week = 600 a week x 52 weeks (364 days) = 31200

Now Nicole, you times 15 an hour times 40 hours. Then take that answer and times it times 52 weeks. See?

Give a source or I go with emt. Washington has the highest min. wage at $9.19. All states have exemptions for certain types of jobs. I'm not saying farm workers cannot make decent money for unskilled labor. Just that you cannot back up your claim.
