I was speeding through the toll both. My EZ Pass is suspended for 60 days. How do I appeal the supension?

We have a few EZ-tag lanes that are non-booth, you just keep on keepin' on. Anytime they have two of these lanes stacked together, just ride right in the middle of them, by riding that center stripe, the sensors won't even pick you up. You'll be a ghost.
Have fun.
Don't get caught, but, if you do, you can always just whip out your EZtag and look at the cop and be like "whachu talkn bout, willis?"

I think you got off EZ - LOL
A 60 day suspension is better than a fine or registration termination because of speeding.
The EZ pass reader probably didn't pick up your # cause you sped through the tool both. If the EZ pass reader didn't read your EZ pass and the toll didn't read you as paying money, then the camera got your plate #.
Does the suspension notice say the suspension was due to speeding? Then I would accept the charges and take it like a man/woman (whichever the case may be LOL).
If the notice says nothing about speeding, then I would appeal.
On the suspension notice should have contact info on how to appeal.

My first account was suspended and when i appealed the suspension, Yahoo wrote back that when an account has been suspended they normally do not reverse their decision. So after being a level 6 with 18,827 points and 22% best answers i had to start all over, I am now back up to a level 5 with 7288 points and 35% best answers.

Why was it suspended? Did you fail to pay your bill and kept driving through the toll plaza? Give them a call ..

Slow down and pay cash. It's actually more fun.
And they won't bill your credit card if you don't have any charges.
