Wash with slightly acidic water. For example, add some vinegar or concentrated lemon juice to water in a bucket, then squeegee the shower door.

wash the doors with distilled white vinegar

to prevent it as quickly, wipe your shower doors down with some lemon oil or baby oil
furniture polish on the door can also do the trick

Try using some lemon juice and a steel wool pad. Make sure its not a coarse pad but a soft one.

they make soap products specifically for that--any cleaner that cleans off mold / mildew will work
