Since your brother is so annoying, the next time you have girls over at your house have one girl take his hands and another girl take his ankles and have the two girls carry him to his room or your room. When he is in one of the rooms, have some girls hold him down when he is on the bed.If you can't hold him down on the bed then tie him to the bed when you do something to him. While the other girls are holding him down, have the other girls give him a makeover and make him wear girls clothes and put makeup on him. After you have given him a makeover, have the same two girls that carried him to the room carry him out side the same way but maybe this time swing him a little and then once outside take pictures of him in girls clothes and tell him that you will show his friends.

If that solution does not work, have the two girls carry him to the bathroom and lock him in the bathroom until he behaves.

If he is younger, then he just wants to get your parents' attention, believe me that is what my brother does. He probably wants you to do something to him, so that you could get in trouble. So don't fall for any of his tricks, and don't do anything to him. But if he is older that is just how they are, and they probably want to pick on you. -- All rules are suspended after the age of 21, at which point it's OK to admit to your siblings (especially your sisters) that you really do love them, you're glad to have them around, and that you were just "following the rules."
