I seriosly need help with sims one PLEASE HELP ME?

i have followed insturctions completley but nothing is showing up in the game! I have tried putting my objects in the objects folder NOTHING i put them in the userobjects folder NOTHING it didn't have a folder named download so I made a new and guess what NOTHING i am ussually really good with that kind of thing but it just isn't working so pretty please help me

PC Users:
Assuming you accepted the default path settings on installation and installed it on your C Drive.

walls:
Extension: .wll
Install to:
C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\GameData\Walls

floors:
Extension: .flr
Install to:
C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\GameData\Floors

skins:
Extensions: .cmx .skn .bmp
Install to:
C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\GameData\Skins
Insert skins with .skn, .cmx, and .bmp extension in this directory.
objects:
Extensions: .iff .far
Install to:
C:\ProgramFiles\Maxis\TheSims\Downloads\


Make sure the files you are putting in are actually .iffs or .fars then restart your game.
