how do i stay strong for a mate who's gettin weaker and weaker everyday? We're both on the same page in that we lost good mates, and i thought id be able to help him cos i understand where he's at. later i found out there's somethin wrong with his heart, and needed to undergo a surgery. see, i lost contact with my best mates, and now, this. im keepin the faith and stayin positive. but i must say its really hard.
i need your help.

Life is a journey with ups and downs and we learn from all that happens to us. Even though this has you down remember it IS YOUR LIFE this is happening to you. Live it and feel it. And remember there are people in your life that care deeply for you and for that you are a very lucky person. And don't give up on reaching out to people! Of course it's hard. You feel weaker because you are making your mate stronger. It should be a satisfied loving tired and weakness you feel. You are a true friend.

I am confused. You don't know where said mate is. So sending a card will not work? Sorry to hear your troubles. But maybe the mate is doing better. You can hope!

hun, you need to get your problems fixed first, I would call a GOOD church, not one of those fake ones but you would be surprised how God can come through ( and no, Im not talking about useing God as a chrutch)
