They've got an hour before my package is officially late and I start cracking skulls. Just curious if there's anything they do to remedy these type of situations. A reimbursment for the 20 dollars shipping and handling fee I paid would be splendid, I think.

Has anyone had a package delivered late (at the fault of UPS)? Did you get anything out of it? Normally, I wouldn't care if it was a day or two late, but this is seriously important. I NEED that package.

I've been tracking it since it was shipped from NY. It says that it's out for delivery.

I think the latest that they can deliver is 7pm, and I've had them arrive right at 7 before. So, I wouldn't sweat it quite yet. This has happened to me before. Just call them with the tracking # and they'll tell you where the driver is and approx. how much longer it will be.

I've never had a late package from them. Go to their site and track your package.
