:) I am married to a Cap male so I know exactly the answer.
One hint: they CAN do the all-night-long thing, you just have to know what to wear and what to say.
If you work in the same place, try to get involved in simple chats and jokes at break time when everybody is there. Give him subtle hints about your feeling or flirts a little (too much will bore him) when there is only two of you.
Try not to do this during worktime or formal time, he will see you as interruption to his schedule and you will have to start all over again! Good luck...
