I Have A Trac Phone And I Heard You Are Not Supposed To Get Charged For Recieving Text Messages But I Get Charged 3 Units Every One I Recieve Whats Up With That?

Sorry, paisan, I have a Trac Phone and my agreement specifically states 3 u / text - both sending and receiving. I think that's the rate.

Sorry but you most likely heard wrong. Almost any prepaid or any other cell for that matter charges you in some way
