Is it true Jason Priestley wears diapers?

I read on the internet that Jason Priestley after that accident in 2002 hurt his bladder. He had to wear diapers for 2 years. I was after then that we went back to TV. He supposedly still wears some sort of protective undergarment.

Is this true?

He was involved in a racing accident at Kentucky Speedway, but I didn't hear anything about diapers.
