Can anyone tell me what is the best salt that I can purchase. The regular one that I've seen is morton salt. I need salt in my diet because I notice when I eat the with food, my visions become clearer. And my dizziness begin to subside. Please help me. I heard there are salt that heal and salt that can kill. Please tell me where to get it. Thanks and take care.

I would have your thyroid checked. You may have a iodine deficiency, so adding salt makes you feel better. Salt will increase blood pressure. I would have your thyroid checked first.

Go to a nearby shop but 200g salt eat it don't eat too much as it is bad for you blood pressure.
