I never Make A Promises That I won't Keep The Only Problem Is If I Can't Remember promising that i said I would Do It Like When My Friend Said I Promised I will Help With Put up His Christmas Stuff He Always Get Me To Help And He Always Say I Promised I will Help

That is something that I find personally offensive -- IF I am going to make a promise to someone or some thing -- then I am going to do my best to KEEP That promise - and the person or thing knows that I DO keep my word.
Tihs is very important to me -- those who do NOT keep their word have shown that they do not have a personal responsibility -- and for the next time -- I know enough to make sure that I make MORE of an effort to compensate for the one who failed to hold to their promises (and I do this all the time -- I always make sure if I promise to do something, or bring something -- that I bring a bit extra too -- because I KNOW someone will not live up to their promises).

Not very often although i did break a very important one recently and it almost cost me my relationship. I promised sher that when i went to see her that i would not drink as she had bad experiences in the past. I drank the very first night and for 3 months i guess i drank about 30 of those nights. I really regret upsetting my baby and of disregarding her wishes, then i continued when i came home 3 weeks ago and upset her terribly. I have now quit it because i dont wanna lose her.

Not that often now, I've learned maybe not to keep my promises, but promise a lot less.

Being a generous person I used to all the time. Now I know more of what I am capable of and I have more respect for myself so I make my promises smaller. Short awnser, not anymore.

Never. I keep all my promises. I mean what I say. I am not given to frivolous promises nor do I promise recklessly. If I say I will do something, it will be done.

I try not to promise anything!!!!
that way if for some unseen reason I can't do what i said i would i haven't broken a promise.
