Is it because they are smarter than so called "open minded whites" who believe in inter racial marriage, "given back to the black man what we tooks from him".......why are whiltes starting to act like inner city trash like 50cent? and the "others" and yet there are blacks who "hide" in white neighborhoods because of embarassment....??????????????????????????

What's an "Urban Disadvantaged" black? Just a guy from the city who's poor? Well, let's try the easy answer...Because he thinks that he'll be better off financially he moves out of town? There's also the alternative answer that folks in the city are keeping him down, when those of us in rural areas don't care about the color of a person's skin, and will allow him to become whatever he dreams about.
Whites (or anyone) starting to act like inner city trash is a problem...mostly because inner city trash is a problem.
Blacks "hiding" in white neighborhoods...not sure where you were trying to go with this one...what are they embarassed about?
I'm not going to justify your "given to the black man what we tooks from him" comment with an answer, as it is simply a crock of $hit. Anyone who actually cares that much about race isn't thinking to give back.

pico hit the nail on the head: gentrification. through eminent domain, urban developers are tearing down places where disadvantaged PEOPLE (the elderly are affected also) live and building high rise condominiums, luxury apartments, and shopping areas. as a result the people are forced to move somewhere else which often means moving to the outskirts of the city. a good example is atlanta ga during the olympics. there were many lower income and mostly black (but not necessarily low income) neighborhoods and communities within fulton county. however when atlanta got the bid, many of the communities were "revitalized". so many of the people who lived in these communities moved to the surrounding counties.
on the other hand though, many opportunities are just now beginning to fully open up for disadvantaged peoples (not just black people) and when you make more money you want bigger things. these bigger things dont really exist in the inner city for lack of funding and they move to the suburbs. theres nothing wrong with it. they aren't embarassed or anything, they just up and moved.

Your question is not making much sense. But I would say that anyone who lives in a run down, beaten up inner city is moving out because they want better homes, safer streets, better and safer schools and more cultural activities. As to why others are moving into those inner cities is anybodies guess. I know some inner cities are attempting to revitalize their neighborhoods by making lofts, apartments, studios, condos, etc. and offering them at reasonable prices to get people to come back. I don't really see blacks hiding in "white" neighborhoods, they just want nicer homes and a part of the American dream, like we all do.

Your question is unfocused. The definition of insanity is," doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result". Maybe the "urban disadvantaged" are realizing its insane to stay in an inner city that doesn't give them chances, want them to succeed, or pay them decent wages for work. You get paid more money and usually have a little less expense if you don't live smack dab in the center of the city.

I can only try to answer the first question. Where I live, all 'urban disadvantaged' people, not just blacks, are being forced out because of gentrification. Low income neighborhoods are being bought out and turned into areas filled with luxury condos. The rents go up and the poor people get evicted.

money, I stay out west and it is an identical factor, regardless of the undeniable fact that that's many times via immigration, its noted as black flight. The suburb I stay in is a very different one. It has whites, blacks, and Mexican individuals. quite everyone on my block aside from me and my husband (we are the only black couple) Is married to somebody of yet another ethnicity. In California alot of blacks and whites are leaving the state or are shifting out of l. a. County into the encompassing suburbs, like Sacramento, Orange county and different cities. South-critical remains particularly predominatly black, yet blacks are on the circulate. Peace P.S. i do no longer think of its usa's thats attempting to do it!
