mostly they drop out for drugs and boy-friends/ girl-friends that droped out too. or just for the fact that they hate people at school.
a case of making teens to go back in school is to give them small prividleges like candy or even music to make them feel confortable with the school and staff.

i live in underdeveloped African country ,here the drop out from schools is mostly due due financial crisis ,parents push their kids out off the school to help in working and gaining food for the rest of the family..
