Skinheads (working class) were a phenomenon of the seventies.
By the time the eighties rolled in they had come to the realization that the real problem was not the poor bastard working on the line beside them but the fat cats shipping every-body's jobs overseas. Almost all the skinheads around now are middle class university students being big mouth rebels because in two years they will be putting on the suits and ties and sucking up to everybody they are cursing now.
I think the best way of dealing with them is to record them at rallies, note names and dates and send such video as copy to who ever has hired them. No bank or politically sensitive wants a person with that background dealing with rich clients of other cultures. If the videos are known to exist then what is to stop a release of them to a potential client by a competitor. Would you want a Neo-Nazi Skin Head on your negotiating staff to the Rothschild's Bank.

Edit to above. Skins Against Racism is one of those groups that rose in the eighties. Like I said there is more important stuff than the colour of a coworkers skin. Social-economic stuff. My head is often shaved. I am a fifty year old construction type. Many of the young people in construction shave their heads for the same reasons I do. It is so much easier to keep the filth from the job out of short hair than long. If you were to call most of them Skinheads they would be deeply offended. Not necessarily violently but likely vocally so.

Actually I have a few buddies that are skinheads and I now understand, they are not all bad.

I have come across the one that were on that sh*t and had to serve them a few stitches. I encounter several of them all the time and so far my glock is mightier then hitler praises.
