okay so i need a little help on following:
1)besides germany, what is the 1st nation hitler took control over?
2) before invading poland, what did hitler realize he must do in order to attack poland without any problems/
3) why did hitler want the sudetenland?

3: All of Czechoslovakia's defenses were in that region, as they rightly realized the greatest threat to them came from Germany. After losing that, they had no way to resist Hitler militarily.

2. He first attacked the intellectual elite (aka the Intelligentsia), because he knew they would fight/argue against his propoganda.

3. Numerous reasons. First, there was a minority of Germans living there (left over from the Austrio-Hungarian empire), and he believed that it was an area that belonged to Germany. Second, that area was of great strategic importance. The Czechs had most of their defenses lined up there, so getting it would make later conquests easier (and/or provide good defenses, as most mountain ranges do). Finally, recruiting the slavik speaking Germans there helped him with propoganda and spying. Plus he was a power-hungry nut :-)
