I have been wondering this for a while... it's just one of those questions that keeps you up at night wondering what the answer is... you know, it's that kind of question...

On several Apple products, the i orginally stood for "internet"

The "i" doesn't stand for anything, it is just like a "catch phrase" that apple uses, making it seem like the letter "i" is a futuristic letter.

i think the "I" refers to yourself eg. your music pod i dont know but the word sounds futuristic
