I get up 40 minutes before I have to leave for work (which varies). The first thing I do is plug in the kettle and put half a bagel in the toaster. When the kettle boils, I make instant coffee. Then I eat my half bagle with cream cheese while waiting for my coffee to cool. So the time for breakfast is as early as 8 am or as late as noon...on those later times I skip the bagel and have a sandwich or soup for lunch instead of breakfast.

I'm usually not hungry when I wake up so I take cottage cheese or yogurt along with some almonds to work and eat during my break at 10:50. On Saturday I enjoy a hearty breakfast around 10:00 at a local American Legion club with friends. On Sunday, I eat watching CBS Sunday morning,(the best program on TV) somewhere between 8 and 9:30.
I eat my main meal at home at 2:30 and supper at 8 p.m.

i have a system... first 30 min. between 7:30 and 8:00 i get dressed, and between8:00 to 8:40 i eat my breakfast and do makeup and get my lunch packed. its stupid but im a perfectionist on the stupidest things like that.

Approx 7.15am on a work morning. At the weekend it depends...usually later anytime from 9am to noon.

I hafta get up early....cuz then i feel icky if I don't...but still i'm a night owl. I get starbux around 7:00 cuz it takes me time 2 get ready!
