If you wanna see more of the 4th Hokage, read the manga. In Kakashi's Gaiden it has a lot about him. Seriously, read it.

the funeral episode of the third hokage (for a VERY brief moment - with obito, rin and kakashi)

and no, the 4th isn't naruto's dad.
