I used to have one for my Symbian OS Nokia 6620. But can't seem to find one.

Try typing in #*22671#

This may or may not do it for you. It work on all T809s, and D820s, and most Samsungs, so it will probably work for you. This is an invisible recorder that works for an hour, or untill you type in #*22672#
It records what is said in, and out of phone conversations, and then saves it to your phone as ENGMODE.amr. Hope this works for you.
