You have to be care full of your Mums feelings after all it is her friends. You would be pretty upset if she hooked up with one of your friends. But if you think shes keen and can keep it on the sly i say have a go. I would start with really long looks and flirty behaviour if she is getting a bit spooked you should STOP it before she tells your mum LOL...But if she does it back to you keep going until something eventuates out of it.
