How do i play .ogg torrent files?

I downloaded an album off utorrent/demonoid and it came in an .ogg file. How do I play it or convert it into mp3/wma files?

WinAmp and VLC media player will play .ogg files out of the box, and you can get other software that lets you play .ogg from windows media player. You can find a number of tools to do conversions on the Vorbis website (see source).

I had this same problem. Just type "freerip" into a search engine and download it. It will then let you convert your songs.
