Simply put, yes, copy and paste. But there are several ways of achieving this.

First off you here are some general 'hot keys' you can use or you can just right-click to select these commands, however, some programs don't allow you to right-click and choose these commands, often times you have to choose 'edit' and select these commands. So the 'hot keys' are here to save you some time.

Ctrl+A: This will highlight and 'select all', meaning all of the text and usually any icons on the page you are viewing.

Ctrl+C: This will 'copy' what you have highlight and selected.

Ctrl+V: This will 'paste' what you have copied.

Ctrl+X: Although not commonly used this will 'cut' or remove and copy any highlighted text. This is usually used in a document that you have permissions to edit and say for instance you just typed a really long comment in the wrong box and you don't want to retype it then you use the 'cut' option.

How to copy and paste:
(Again, some programs don't use 'right-click', you have to choose 'Edit' in the upper left corner to choose the copy-paste commands, that's why 'hot keys' are so useful.)

1) Open the window you want to 'copy' from.
2) Highlight (left-click and scroll over) the content you would like to copy, if it's the whole page your after right click and select 'Select All' or use ctrl+A.
3) To copy right-click and select 'copy' or use ctrl+C.
4) Next, open window of destination and click on area you would like to 'paste' copied content to.
5)Then, right-click and select 'paste' or use ctrl+V.

Viola! Your content should now appear where you selected to paste it.
