Where is the best place to buy an avocado tree? I live in Phoenix...?

I'd like an outdoor tree that is already developed, one where the fruits are already growing... any ideas?! Thank you!

Im in Tucson..there are very few places to buy an avocado tree..pretty much have to grow your own. They are fast growing though..should get fruit in 2 years
