I believe it is probable that Bush and Cheney have committed high crimes and misdemeanors. However, were the Democrats to bring such charges, they would generate sympathy for Bush and Cheney. Impeachment is a political process. Guilt or innocence is determined by politicians. There is no clear definition of high crimes and misdemeanors that Congress would be forced to observe. So, I believe that impeachment is an emergency measure. We can't be changing governments just because one administration loses popularity. We get nothing done, especially the tough things that need to be done. Too frequent use of impeachment will create chaos.

Impeaching Bush would be a foolish waste of time and energy -- there aren't enough votes in the senate to convict. Also, a bad move politically for the Democrats. Unless some really heinous things are discovered from investigations.

The answer is no. There is nothing to investigate. Some may want there to be something to investigate but we must bring ourselves to deal in reality and not some kind of fictional crime brought on by our emotions and biases. The constructive thing to do is ask yourself what can I do in my part of the world to have a positive inpact on those around me. Politicians in this country do not controll you and your success unless you let them.

It is not their job to impeach Bush. He has not committed any impeachable offenses. If they try, they will be violating their oaths to uphold the Constitution.
