? The Andrew Lloyd Webber Musical Version
The Phantom
Music of the Night
The Phantom- Raoul in every version of the story I've found comes across to me as a spoiled and immature child who wanted Christine for the sake of having her. Besides the Phantom is so much more romantic and sexier.

- Favorite Version
~ All I've seen is the 2004 movie, and I've read Leroux's book, so it's a toss up between the two. They both have their ups and... well, POTO doesn't have a down. But I love Leroux's ending... I burst into tears everytime I read it. I'm even reading the last chapter for a drama competition.
- Favorite character
~Tough question... Movie-wise I like Erik, Christine, and Carlotta. Book-wise, I like Erik and Daroga. I think Daroga's my favorite overall after Erik.
- Favorite song
~It's a tie between All I Ask of You and Point of No Return. All I Ask of You reminds me of the unconditional love my boyfriend and I have for each other, while Point of No Return is just smexy!!! The lyrics can just move your soul... Andrew Lloyd Webber is a musical genius!!
- Raoul or The Phantom (+ why)
~The Phantom. In Leroux's version, I felt that Raoul was a jerk to Christine. No man should talk to a woman like that. The Phantom, although he's crazy, he know's to respect a woman, and I appreciate that in him. The Phantom also has a lot of qualities that are more likeable than Raoul. He may not be eye-candy, but he's interesting, his lair is awesome, he can sing, he respects women... I just feel that he's a better person. And it shouldn't be about looks, there's more to Erik than a disfigured face.

- Raoul or The Phantom (+ why) - Phantom of course! Without him, there wouldn't be a show ;) He's mysterious, dangerous, sad, in love...ah, he's Heathcliff in a mask ;)

The 2004 version
Erik
Phantom of the Opera
The Phantom because of bad boy appeal and it was sad watching the scene when he get's ridiculed at because of his face.
