4 Gas Giants: Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune.
Several hundred moons
Several thousand asteroids, kuiper belt objects, dwarf planets, and comets.
Lots of gas and dust

the "solar system" refers to the planets that revolve around our sun, hence the use of the word solar which means sun. The stars and so forth are part of the galaxy we live in

if u mean planets- pluto is out! scientists rejected it as a planet long ago, but the sun, mercury, venus, earth, mars,jupitor,saturn, neptune, uranus are still planets!
