Is conductivity of a metal greater when it is heated, room temperature, or cooled. Can you rank them from greatest conductivity to least. The two metals i am testing is zinc and copper

generally speaking it goes from greatest conductivity = lowest temprature to least conductivity = highest temp. Heat increases the randomness and thereby slows conductivity.

If I remember correctly, as metals are heated and their molecules move around faster, they actually get in the way of the electrons going through.
There are experiments of conductivity increasing near absolute zero to almost noresistance.
So I would say I would rate them cold, room temp, heated, with cold as the best.
