During those months the prices aren't really expensive. You could check out Air Jamaica's website to see what their fares are like for that time but they normally have good rates.

Whenever there is not a big holiday like christmas,easter and summer because this is when most people travel to jamaica so they are gonna raise the prices to make money.During the regular year plane tickets are cheaper

Its pretty cheap from Jan to march. Prices may go up again around the easter holidays April then come down again once they are over.
